刘桂华，深圳市疾病预防控制中心 理化检测所所长，主任技师。专业领域：食品安全、理化检验。

社会职务：国家卫健委第二届食品安全国家标准审评委员会委员；2020年广东省技术监督局特聘食品生产行业“诊脉”专家；广东省预防医学会卫生检验专业委员会常委等。

主要工作成就、论著和奖项：近年来开展国际合作，作为项目负责人主持国际粮农组织和国际原子能机构联合的国际合作研究项目3项“Development, Validation and Application of Isotopic Confirmatory Methods for Multiclass Cyanotoxins and Untargeted Screening Methods for Biotoxins in Fresh Water and Foods Samples”、“Development of multi-residue methods of veterinary drugs and growth promoters by LC-MS/MS to strengthen the analytical capability in aquaculture products in South China”、 “Development and Validation of Isotope Dilution Assays Using Stable Isotopes for the Determination of Antibiotic and Anthelmintic Veterinary Drug Residues”，主持和参与国家、广东省及深圳市研究项目13项，开展食品安全国家标准制修订项目20余项、卫生标准7项，获广东省科技进步三等奖1项，深圳市科技进步三等奖2项，深圳市科技创新奖2项，深圳市标准奖1项。在国内外核心期刊杂志发表学术论文90多篇，参与编写“兽药残留检测与监控技术”、“现代卫生检验”等专著7部。
